The Rural Households Vulnerability in Xiangyueguibian Yao Area: Measure and Control
本文引入Chaudhuri脆弱性测度模型，基于590户样本数据发现瑶区农村家庭平均脆弱系数显著高于全国平均水平，并提出了改变贫困识别标准、推进区域联合发展及资源资本化等管控对策。
Xiangyueguibian Yao Area is a typical special poverty minority area of China,and rural households in this Area is becoming from the economic poverty to vulnerability poverty.In this paper Chaudhuri′s vulnerability measuring mode was introduced,through measuring the vulnerability of the 590 households′ primary data in sample points,the author has found that the rural households′ average vulnerability coefficient in the Yao area is significantly higher than the national average,and there are also large differences within the region.In the end,combined with the facts in the region,the authors proposed a series of countermeasures to management and control the rural household vulnerability,including changing the poverty identification standard,implementation joint development of the whole geographical area,and advancing resource capitalization,etc.
