Abstract

Visitor attraction is divided into natural and humanistic products,and different visitor attractions have different attributes.This paper analyses the economic attributes of visitor attraction based on public goods Theory, and focuses on the supply of resource-type,and puts forward that the government should allow the transferring of the operating right.At the same time,the government should regulate it from market access,market supervision and market services and guidance.
