STUDY ON SPATIAL MODEL OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF HUNAN PROVINCE
基于发展条件和现状分析，运用点轴理论，研究了湖南省区域结构及综合开发趋势，提出了洞庭湖及湘江中下游地区采用网络开发模式、中西部地区采用增长极开发模式，为宏观战略决策提供科学依据。
On the basis of analysis of development conditions and current situation and putting to use of Development Theory of Point-axis, this paper has studied the regional structure and evaluative trend of comprehensive development of territory of Hunan province. To provide scientific basis for macro strategic decision, authors have put forward some special models of medium and long-term development in Hunan province: The region of Dong Ting Lake and middle-lower reaches along Xiang River-use network development model; Central western region-use development model of Growth Pole.
