RESEARCH OF DIFFERENCES BETWEEN AREAS OF INFLUENCING FACTORS OF METROPOLITAN DEVELOPED LAND IN CHINA
分析了1990-2001年中国都市发达土地利用的增长情况，通过相关分析和偏相关分析识别了东中西部的关键影响因素，并提出了对策建议。
This article summarizes increase circumstance of metropolitan developed land in China from 1990 to 2001 and selects 10 factors synthetically as basal datum for analysis of influencing factors of metropolitan developed land.Using correlation analytical method gets the Pearson correlation coefficients of selected influencing factors.And analyzing relatively influencing factors of metropolitan developed land between east,middle and west.At the same time,eliminating inferior influencing factors.Then,using partial correlation analytical method gets the partial correlation coefficients of prominent influencing factors.According to partial correlation coefficients judges the importance degree of influencing factors.At last,proposing countermeasure and suggestion which beneficial for development of metropolitan developed land.
