BAY-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY AND REORGANIZATION OF URBAN SPATIAL STRUCTURE IN TSINGTAO CITY
用定量方法分析青岛城市空间扩张与重组的历史过程,探讨向湾发展战略及交通设施(地铁、海底隧道、跨海大桥)对空间结构的影响,提出功能分区、新城建设等重组措施。
Firstly, by means of quantitative methods, the paper, from the originating and evolutionary perspective, analyzes the historical process of external urban spatial expansion and internal spatial restructuring in Tsingtao city. Then, the mechanism of urban spatial structure evolution is explored, and the integrated framework of urban spatial structure and the model of urban spatial structure evolution are constructed. Secondly, the bay-oriented strategy in Tsingtao city is illustrated and evaluated, and the spatial effects of transportation infrastructure construction on evolution of Tsingtao urban spatial structure are analyzed, such as construction of subway line, sea tunnel and trans-sea bridge. Finally, the paper puts forward the restructuring methods and corresponding measures: spatial division in producing and living function between Jiaozhou Bay and Huanghai seashore; construction of Huangdao, Jiaozhou and Chengyang new town to build Tsingtao into a networking city; functional division and spatial integration of different industrial districts; functional transformation of urban land and embedded development of mosaic economy in inner city; collage-style repair and functional transformation of historical district in downtown area; integration of spatial dispersion of urban industry with urbanization of the suburb; adjustment of administrative area to construct concentric metropolitan spatial structure.
