BASE POLICY OF DEVELOPING LAND CONSOLIDATION INDUSTRIALIZATION IN CHINA
分析了中国土地整理在融资、规划、公众参与等方面的不足，提出全流程产业化的内容体系及保障政策，对研究土地政策与产业化的学者有参考价值。
First base on analyzing the mechanism of Land Consolidationg and evaluating the current operation of Land Consolidation,aim at the problems and shortages of Land Consolidation such as the ways of financing is deficient,the consciousness is superficial,planning design is not professional,public participation is absent,the system of property right and behalf distribution is not consummate,correlate policy is not consummate and etc,this thesis bring forward the complete process industrialization of Land Consolidation.Secondly, this thesis expatiate the content system and base character of complete process industrialization of Land Consolidation.Hereby with considering the current circumstances in China,the thesis advance the guarantee policy system such establishing the operation market system,standarlization manage system,environment influcence evaluate system and consummating behalf distribution system,correlate law and status system.
