Study on Agglomeration of Education & High-tech Industries in Central Urban Area of Beijing
利用Arcgis空间分析工具，研究了北京市中心城区教育与高科技产业的集聚特征和中心，发现中关村是核心集聚区，并推动新城区形成。
Among all the driving forces of regional innovation system,the agglomeration of urban Education organizations High-tech enterprises is a critical one.It also determines urban economics and the evolvement of urban space.This paper aims at finding out the characteristics and agglomeration center of Education High-tech industries in central urban area of Beijing,with the help of the Arcgis' analyzing tools for Moran's I,Local Moran I and Gi index.The result reveals such pattern: First,all the three industries are highly concentrated within the area;Second,the education and scientific research industries are agglomerating around Zhongguancun district,but the center of information transport and software developing industry is expending toward the Shanhou district in Haidian;Third,though the total population is concentrating round center of Beijing,Zhongguancun district has become center of Education High-tech industries,and is improving the emerging of new urban area around it.
