A STUDY ON SPATIAL LINKAGE STRENGTH OF BEIJING OFFICE CLUSTERS
利用半重力模型对北京四个代表性办公集群的空间联系强度进行定量分析，发现集群间存在明显差异和距离衰减特征，且联系方向由外向内。
There are two aims for the study on spatial linkage strength of office clusters.One is to help for acknowledging the office clusters’ existing situation and role.The other is to provide the research basis of subsequence study on layout of urban spatial function optimum.This paper use to the method of Half Gravity Model and base on the fore-results of Beijing office clusters,give to a quantitative analysis on spatial linkage strength among four representative office clusters.For the results,in Beijing city,there is an obvious different for the clusters and a feature of distant attenuation.Meanwhile,there is an obvious direction between office clusters.Generally,the direction of clusters flows from outer city to inner city.According to the analysis of spatial linkage strength,Zhongguancun office cluster is the most activate cluster of four representative clusters in Beijing city.
