ANALYSIS OF THE RURAL POOR REGIONS AND RURAL POPULATION TRANSFER IN CHINA
分析了农村贫困地区的特征，指出地方政府提供的公共物品不足是关键，并从发展成本、地理障碍、市场冷遇等角度解释贫困形成机制，最后提出促进农村人口城镇化转移是解决根本。
The paper analyzes characteristics of rural poor regions from individual residents and regional governments, and considers that the lack of public goods that regional government afforded is the most important feature. Then, the paper analyzes the internal formation mechanism from development costs and distance costs of overcoming the geography impediments, cold-shouldered by the market, the shortage of development opportunities and the exchange rights, the small space of digging up system potential and the existence of migration barriers. Finally, the paper puts forward some solutions and considers that the root of solving the problem is to promote the transfer of rural population urbanization.
