The Study on Basic Public Serve Equalization of Guangzhou City Under the Mosaic Settlements Landscape

In this paper,analyzed by AHP,Spearman correlation analysis,path analysis and through the method of basic public services,comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the driving mechanism,the results display: The level of the objective evaluation descending from the center to the periphery,according with the logic speculate urbanization level and the level of basic public services promote each other. Besides,high total score district( county) belies its lack of an index level of equalization of theshort board,It is necessary to put forward lifting scheme according to different equalization of the specific evaluation unit; In the subjective evaluation,the most prominent problem is uneven spatial distribution of basic public service facilities; besides,quality is not high,the total lack of problems need to be solved urgently; in the future,the Guangzhou city should take the public education and public health services for the construction of key policy of basic public services; when the policy of basic public services has meet the basic demand per capita,it should be adjusted according to the changes in reality of the market supply and demand and the public environmental psychology. Path analysis showed that,the population factor is the most important factor of the equalization of basic public services,it is the focus of future policy concern; in addition,iit also needs to pay attention to guide the whole social fixed assets investment flows to the relatively backward area.
