STIMULATION ON INDUSTRIALS CLUSTERS——THE EXAMPLES OF IRELAND SOFTWARE INDUSTRIAL CLUSTERS
基于波特钻石理论，以爱尔兰软件产业集群为例，总结了产业集群形成的激励因素，并为中国产业集群的发展提出建议。
This paper is rested on the study of M. E. Porter's Diamond Theory. It combines the examples of Ireland software industrial clusters and sums up some stimulation factors in the formation of industrial clusters. At the end, the author puts forward some suggestions for the formation and development of Chinese industrial clusters.
