ON THE STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS AND THE SPATIAL DISTRIBUTION OF FLOATING LABORS--A CASE STUDY IN GUYUAN COUNTY, NINGXIA HUI MUNICIPALITY
基于宁夏固原县两个乡镇的调查，分析了流动劳动力在年龄、性别、教育程度等方面的结构特征，并发现这些特征与他们的就业目的地选择有关。
Since China's urbanization process has been lagging behind the industrialization, there are a lot of surplus labors in rural places. Under the context of China's reform in rural places and the relax of Hukou system, many of this kind of labors have begun to going out for employment and the number of floating labors has been increasing in recent years. This paper is based on the investigation in two townships in Guyuan county, Ningxia Hui municipality and the analysis point out that the floating labors possesses their own structural characteristics such as those of their age, gender, educational degree etc. And these characteristics are related to the destination they chose.
