Based on the related literatures, it proposes a conceptual analysis model of technology innovation-business model innovation. With the case of Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd. , it concludes that business model innovation path should initiate from technology innovation and integrate external and internal resources to help enterprises obtain new competitiveness and find new profit-generating points, and create value for their customers. Resource integration is an important factor to obtain new competitiveness and to realize business model innovation.
