A Theoretic Research on the Effect of Industrial Knowledge Base on the Building of RIS
从理论上构建了产业知识基础对区域创新系统构建的作用机制，总结出三种区域创新系统类型及其所需的产业知识基础和制度环境。
Based on the interactive allocation innovation of industrial knowledge bases (IKBs) , it theoretically constructs the function mechanism of IKBs on the building of RIS. The mechanism is that the innovational characteristics of IKBs affect their interactive allocation innovation while the allocation innovation of IKBs under outside institution environments affects the building types of RIS. Based on the mechanism, it sums up three types of RIS, and points out the IKBs and institution environments needed in the building of specific types of RIS.
