Along with the enhancement of China economic level,Chinese economic policy has changed from attracting foreign capital only to encouraging the bidirectional flow of international investment,encouraging Chinese corporation to go out so that it can get foreign technology,resource and market through External Transnational MA and drive the upgrade of national industrial structure.This essay made systemic analysis on China Status Quo in External Transnational MA,it is found that China external transnational MA is primary and have a lowershare in international MA market,moreover it is lag behind whole level in national economic development.However,China external transnational MA has great potential in the future.
