To Seek the Overall Path to Integrate Conservation and Development of Historic and Cultural Cities from the Viewpoint of Culture
本文针对中国历史文化名城在发展中面临的保护与开发矛盾，提出在总体规划层面运用整合、系统、动态的文化理念，以独特文化激发内生发展动力，促进保护与发展的融合。
The historic cities decayed gradually or are destroyed by improper utilization. The sustainable development integrating conservation and development is crucial to historic and cultural cities in China. Historic and cultural cities are eager to develop as general cities. With the unique attribute of long history and rich culture, these cities should try to make full use of the special advantage of unique culture to develop in a unique way. The key strategy to integrate conservation and development is to frost an endogenous development dynamics with the unique culture. The paper puts forward the recommendation to apply integrating, systematic and dynamic concept of culture on the level of master plan to promote the integration of conservation and development.
