Research on Institution of Plan and Management of Security Houses——Based on Affordable Rent Houses
分析了扩大内需背景下廉租住房制度的主要问题与矛盾，并从土地供应、法律建设、组织管理、信息管理、制度创新和退出机制等方面提出完善建议，为城市政府提供参考。
Firstly,based on the perfection of affordable rent houses institution,the paper analyses the chief issues and paradox in the process of affordable rent houses' institution in the background of expanding indoor demand. Second,the author put forward some suggestions of perfecting affordable rent houses'plan and management,including land supply,law construction,organization management system,information management,institution innovation and withdrawing institution and so on. The purpose is to offer some practical suggestions for urban government.
