Establish Early Warning Mechanism of Intellectual Property
针对中国缺乏自主知识产权导致涉外纠纷增多、产业经济安全受威胁的问题，探讨建立知识产权预警机制的对象、重点和内容，为相关决策提供参考。
It points out the disputes on intellectual property (IP) between China and foreign countries may be more and more severity in future for lack of China’s self-determination IPs,and China’s industrial economy security are confronted with severe challenge. In order to effectively deal with IP disputes and protect IP in advance,it is extremely urgent to establish early warning mechanism of IP. It probes into warning mechanism,discusses the objects,keystones and contents of warning mechanism,in the purpose to offer some references for China to set up warning mechanism.
