The Research of Spatial Suitability for Undertaking Industrial Transfer of Wanjiang City Belt

Industrial space planning stands in a remarkable place in China's urban planning system. This essay is focused on Wanjiang City Belt, which is also known as the industrial transfer demonstration region of the city-cluster along the Yangtze River in Anhui. Taking account of the constraints of both ecological functions and production efficiency, this essay evaluates the potential of each county for undertaking industrial transfer, as well as their current competitive industry, utilizing GIS spatial analysis, data envelopment analysis, factor analysis and quadrant analysis, and further arrives at an spatial guiding scheme of undertaking industrial transfer for Wanjiang City Belt.
