In order to protect the rights and interests of consumers and the ecological environment,some foreign countries have set up the complex management system of transgenosis products,and formulated a variety of check and quarantine measures,such as technical standard,technical rules and identification system. In accordance with our national situation,it puts forward some opinions and suggestions on strengthening the import and export management of transgenosis products based on the analysis of the foreign measures.
