In any kind of economic development mode,industries are an important part of the national economy and the driving force for economic growth.The development of low-carbon industry is not only beneficial to low-carbon technology innovation,but also providing a continuous power for low-carbon economic development and low-carbon productivity improvements,and low-carbon industry will also be an important source of a country's core competitiveness.In order to promote low-carbon industries and foster industrial competitiveness,the following efforts should be made: create and enhance the factors of production,build low-carbon industrial innovation system,expand and upgrade the size and quality of domestic demand for low-carbon products,promote the formation of low-carbon industrial clusters,and establish and maintain the order of market competition.
