DISPARITY OF TOURISM SCALE IN JIANGSU AND CONSTRUCTION OF ITS SYSTEM RANK-SCALE DISTRIBUTION
分析了2000-2009年江苏省13市国内与入境旅游规模的差异，发现两者均符合位序规模分布，国内旅游呈集中发展，入境旅游差距逐渐缩小并向均衡演化。
This paper analyzes disparity of domestic and inbound tourism scale and construction of rank-scale distribution in 13 cities of Jiangsu Province from 2000 to 2009 by using some indexes of regional economic development.The results shows that the absolute difference of domestic and inbound tourism scale rises in the fluctuation;domestic tourism scale relative difference increases and then decreases,but inbound tourism scale relative difference decreases increasingly.In order to further unveil the mechanism behind such differences,this paper makes use of the theory of rank-scale distribution to explore the rank-scale distribution of domestic and inbound tourism,and finds that domestic and inbound tourism of Jiangsu is in accordance with rank-scale distribution.Domestic tourism scale shows the priority of development and centralization,not yet centering the scattered equilibrium,and centralization phenomenon is still evident;inbound tourism scale shows the priority of development.Inbound tourism scale gap is gradually narrowing,and inbound tourism rank-scale change trend show from the priority of development to the evolution of centralization and even scattered equilibrium.
