ON THE STRATEGY OF PRESERVATION AND EXPLOITATION FOR THE HISTORIC AND CULTURAL CITY IN XIANGJIANG RIVER BASIN
分析了湘江流域历史文化名城面临的建设性破坏和特色消失问题，提出了城市管理、公众参与、区域合作、差异化定位和旅游开发等协调保护与开发的策略。
As a natural link,Xiangjiang river combines the historic and cultural cities of Yongzhou,Hengyang,Changsha,Yueyang together.The historic and cultural cities in Xiangjiang river basin have problems of constructive breakage and place characteristic vanishing,and this problems have deep reasons.It has strategic significance to make preservation and exploitation harmonious for historic and cultural city.Urban management,public participation,regional cooperation,different orientation,tourism development are possible strategies for preservation and exploitation of historic and cultural city.
