Lack of trust is the key factor of dynamic alliances’ failure. The reasons of mistrust are deducted from organizational forms and characteristics of knowledge through analyzing the phenomena of mistrust in the knowledge-based dynamic alliance. Some measures are put forward from three facets,which are the time and quantity of knowledge assets input,and the specificity of knowledge assets,to help found swift trust.
