Low-Carbon Eco-City: Research on Three-dimensional Objective Comprehensive Evaluation Method
提出一个基于自然生态、低碳经济和社会幸福的三维空间结构模型，用生态指数、低碳指数和幸福指数构建综合评价方法，并在天津低碳生态城市验证其可行性。
Low-carbon eco-city is not only specified in low carbon development but also the coordination development of the complex eco-system: nature,economy,society.According to this idea,a three-dimensional spatial structure model for low-carbon eco-city development is established on the basis of natural ecology,low-carbon economy and social happiness.An indicator system is derived with eco-index,low-carbon index and happiness index.Finally,with the aid of the concept of space vector,based on the evaluation of eco-index,low-carbon index,happiness index and development level,sustaining ability,harmony degree,a composite evaluation method is introduced to assess the low-carbon eco-city scientifically with the development equal value.This evaluation method is applied to Tianjin low-carbon eco-city,and proves its feasibility.
