Exploration on the Mixed Building Mode of Public Housing Aiming at Habitation Integration
针对中国城市居住空间分化问题，提出公共住房应采用低收入与中等收入群体混合建设的模式，并从土地供应、住宅设计和社区建设三方面给出建议。
In recent years,the social phenomenon of urban residential space differentiation came into being in China.Current public housing's isolated building mode intensified this trend.In order to avoid the social problems from low-income group's over-centralization and segregation,this paper suggests that public housing building should aim at habitation integration between low-income group and mid-income group,and adopt the mixed building mode This paper proposes some advices on land supply,residence design and community building about public housing's mixed building mode.
