通过天津信息技术产业集群案例，研究全球化背景下本地产业集群发展中全球与地方联系的转变，指出区域可持续发展依赖于持续的制度创新。
Through a case study on the industrial cluster of information technology in Tianjin,this paper examines the transformation of global-local ties in the development of the local industrial cluster in the context of globalization.The development of the local IT production network is divided into four stages.The changing structure of local industrial linkage is intervened with the dynamics of social relations between different agents,which leads to the challenges of institutional innovation in the development of local cluster.We argue that regional sustainable development depends on continuous institutional innovation.
