On "Native-Land Planning" and Its Application to Rural Planning
本文借鉴道家无为思想提出本土土地规划概念，强调尊重自然、以人为本，主张在农村规划中拒绝城市化、保护乡村景观与生活方式。
The concept of native-land planning draws references from the Taoist idea of inaction and letting things take their own course.With inaction as the highest level,the concept emphasizes respect for nature so as to achieve authenticity of people′s life and production in the planning process.Concerning the idea and method,native-land planning focuses on people being in harmony with nature,advocates nature based as well as residents′ oriented ideas,and promotes preservation of original life style to offer people the true qualities of natural experience and life experience.When applying the idea of native-land planning to rural planning,it means refusal of rural areas′ urbanization and to prevent urban problems from spreading to rural areas in order to preserve rural landscape and images.
