The Empirical Study on the Effect of Standardization on Foreign Trade in Hunan Province
研究了1989-2010年湖南省标准化水平对对外贸易的影响，发现企业标准、参与制修订的国家标准和专利存量对出口影响更大，而标准研究专项资金、技术委员会和地方标准存量对进口影响更大。
This paper took the index which measures the level of standardization as one of the most important factors that be used to research the foreign trade development capability of Hunan province,lead the relevant data from 1989 to 2010 into a principal component regression model,analyzed the development situation and made a empirical test of the effect of standardization on foreign trade of Hunan province.It drew a conclusion that each index of standardization level has made a positive facilitation on Hunan foreign trade.According to the research,the company standard,the national standard that Hunan province participated in making and revising,and the patent stocks have exerted more influences on export trade,while the special funds of standard research,technology committee and local standard stocks have exerted more influences on import trade.Consequently,it is necessary to promote the standardization level of Hunan province in order to strengthen the foreign trade capability.
