This article,taking Tianjin as an example,through actual investigation and study,has gained the correlation data, and taking the theory of reasonable expropriation compensation as the basis and using reckoning model of reasonable expropriation compensation price. Tt newly calculates the reasonable expropriation compensation price in Tianjin area, meanwhile, it further proves the rationality of the theory of reasonable expropriation compensation.
