THE SYNTHETIC EVALUATION OF EXPLOITIVE CONDITION IN THE WEST CHINA
采用动态分析思想，综合评价中国西部在区位、矿产、土地、旅游、劳动力、市场、资本和制度方面的优劣势，并与东部对比，提出开发模式和政策建议。
Adopting the synthetic idea and method of dynamic analysis, the article research the advantage and disadvantage of exploitivecondition of the west China, evaluating objectively location, mineral deposit, resource of land, resource of tourism, laborforce, market, capital and institution. Using the basic method of comparative economic geography, it analyzes the deference ofexploitive condition between the east China and the west China for the west China to draw lesson from the experience of the eastChina. Based on the evaluation, the article puts forward the available model and policy for the west China.
