CITY AND COUNTRYSIDE HOUSEHOLD REGISTER AND HUMAN CAPITAL RETURN:EVIDENCE FROM CROSS-SECTION DATA OF GUANGDONG PROVINCE
利用广东省制造业企业员工调查数据,分析了城乡户籍对就业劳动力人力资本回报的影响,发现行政权力与市场力量交织改变了劳动力结构,导致不同地区户籍分组间回报率差异显著。
This article analyses the situation of human capital return of employed labor force with city and countryside household register, by using 4 443 sample section survey data from the manufacturing enterprises' employees, furthermore these enterprises distribute all regions of Guangdong Province. The study shows that in the socialist market economy reform process, administration power and market force usually interwoven together in different combination patterns to change labor force's structure feature in household register and labor market conditions in various ways, thus it determines current city and countryside employed human capital return's basic pattern and change path. As to rate of human capital return change, there are differences among various regions' household register grouped significantly, moreover, labor force mobility and training are not yet evident in Guangdong Province's market income. Especially the situation of labor contract's sign is a question, which requires us to pay special attention to in labor market contract negotiations and fulfillment.
