The generally acknowledged tourism resources of celebrity culture between Fujian Province and of Taiwan Province are deeply rooted in five-special-relationship of the two regions. To develop the celebrity culture which is characterized by its high taste, various types and profound emotions we should place an emphasis on the exploitation and preservation of the resources and avoid unilateral, scattered, one-sided development and also attach importance to the problems included the exploitation of disputed figures and literary and artistic carriers, the promotion of five-special-relationship quality, the restoration of religious belief into celebrity culture, the comprehensive development of the tour function of celebrity culture, the energetical exploitation of its material carriers, the design of transregional tourist routes and so on.
