Time-Spatial Evolution and Dynamic Mechanism of Service Innovation of China:A Provincial Spatial Econometric Analysis
构建服务创新指标体系，用因子分析评估2000-2012年中国31省服务创新水平，通过空间数据分析和地理加权回归揭示其时空差异及驱动因素，发现工业化影响最大，信息化次之，而城镇化和制度创新有负效应。
First, In order to explore the difference among provinces in China, the service innovation index system was set up, and the factor analysis method was employed to evaluate service innovation of 31 provinces in China from 2000 to2012. Second, the exploratory spatial data analysis was employed to check the distribution and time- spatial disparity of service innovation. Third, in this article,the authors used geographical weighted regression to explore the dynamic mechanism factors attached to the distribution and regional discrepancy of service innovation in provincial scale. The results reveal that the overall level of service innovation of China is low, and exists large regional disparities. Service innovation has cluster characteristics in regional development, having a great relevance with the level of economic development. It shows central- peripheral structure decreasing gradually from the East to the West area. Local analysis reveals most provinces in eastern China(core area) are located in the high-high(HH) region and show high concentration;while most of the western provinces(the edge area) are located in the low- low(LL) area and show low concentration.There is positive impact of information technology, industrialization, economic openness, human capital, marketization on service innovation. Among the influencing factors, industrialization's effect is the biggest, and information technology is the second driving force, which means unswervingly promote industrialization and informatization development strategies can help to improve regional service innovation. Contrary to theoretical assumptions, urbanization and institutional innovation have negative effect on service innovation. The influence of various factors on service innovation exists spatial disparity. Information technology's influence on service innovation is decreasing from north to south, impact of economic openness and the human capital on service innovation is decreasing from the northwest to the southeast, and the influence from marketization and industrialization has formed a ladder shape which spreads from the core(southeast)to the outside. Therefore, local governments should lay emphasis on their own development status of service innovation in policy-making.
