The Application of Fuzzy Neural Network and SOM Network in Level Evaluation of the High-Tech Park
基于52个中国高科技产业园区数据,开发了模糊神经网络和自组织映射网络两种评价系统,前者提取发展模糊规则,后者聚类相似园区,已成功应用于软件产业知识管理系统。
For further research on high tech parks in china,in this paper,two types of evaluation systems with the learning ability are developed based on data and the analysis results from 52 high tech industry parks. One is the fuzzy neural network (FNN) evaluation model. From this model,fuzzy rules that describe the situation of development of these high tech parks can be extracted. The another is the self organization map (SOM) network evaluation model. Using this model,the high tech parks with similar development situation can be found. These two systems have been implemented in the prototype knowledge management system of software industry successfully. So that other high tech parks can evaluate their own situations,using the two developed systems.
