OVERVIEW ON THE THEORY OF WESTERN ENTERPRISE NETWORK
从激进、新经济社会学、新政治经济学和新制度经济学等视角综述了企业网络的概念与形成机制，分析了价值链、关系、权力和制度等维度，并指出研究应聚焦于有形与无形因素的整合。
Enterprise network is one of the crucial forms of enterprise organizations on the background of globalization.The theory of enterprise network,which has developed since 1980s,is a hot subject in the contemporary western economics and is changing the scope of research field of enterprise theory in a new paradigm.In this paper,the concept of enterprise network is summarized from the point of radical,neo-economic sociological,neo-politic economical and neo-institution economical based on the foreign studies on the formation mechanism of enterprise network.In which the value chain,relationship,power and institution are taken as the main dimensionalities and the flexible production,new competition,embeddedness,social network,institutional thickness are analyzed.Finally,it concludes that researches on enterprise network should focus on the conformity of both physical and non-physical factors.
