RESEARCH ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF URBAN HOUSING AREA AND THEIR OPTIMIZATION OF YINCHUAN CITY IN 1990S
分析了1990年代银川市住宅区的住房设备、公共服务和环境状况，指出虽已改善但仍不能满足现代居民基本需求，并基于人居环境与可持续发展理论提出了优化框架和对策。
In this article, the author discusses the characteristics of the current human housing area in Yinchuan, based on its housing equipment, public service and environmental situation as well in 1990s. It is emphasized that the human housing area can't meet the basic needs of modem citizens though improved greatly. Therefore, guided by the theory of human settlement environment and sustainable development, the author offers a general framework and countermeasure , demonstrating that the key to the validation of a sustainable development for the human housing area in Yin chuan is the development of a humanistic, high-technological, harmonious city, the ecological consciousness of the city enterprises, the ecological regulation by the government and supervision by the people, and reasonable, lawful , fair and acceptable method.
