THE CHANGES TO PORT COMPETITIVENESS OF SHANGHAI AND NINGBO WITH THE AVAILABILITY OF HANGZHOU BAY BRIDGE
基于江苏和浙江腹地出口集装箱货物到上海港和宁波港的公路运输成本,运用概率运输流模型估算杭州湾大桥建成前后港口与腹地间路径的货物分配比例,得出竞争力指数变化及相关结论。
Based on the highway transport costs of exported container cargo from the hinterlands in Jiangsu and Zhejiang to the ports of Shanghai and Ningbo,this paper applies probability transport flow model to estimate cargo ratio between alternative paths linking the ports with their hinterlands concerned and some changes especially after the construction of Hangzhou Bay Bridge.With consideration of the total though transport charges,time cost born and different spatial distributions of cargo generation,the different competitiveness indexes are derived.As a result,some relevant conclusion and possible suggestions are drawn.
