High energy issue has become the restricting of China's economic development.Reduction of energy consumption and taking the road of low-carbon development is the inevitable choice of every city to finish rapid and healthy economic development.The adjustment of economic structure and the upgrading of industrial structure,Undoubtedly,is the radical measure.This paper firstly introduces the overall situation of the economy and energy consumption of Qingdao City,and then it analysis the energy consumption of various sections.All those lead to a readjustment of the industrial structure in Qingdao.
