A STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENT INDICATOR SYSTEM AND ITS APPLICATION FOR COMPREHENSIVE APPRAISAL OF RESOURCES SAVING SOCIETY——A CASE STUDY OF JIANGSU PROVINCE
构建了包含资源减量、污染减排、社会进步、经济发展和技术支持五个子系统的资源节约型社会评价指标体系，并以江苏省为例，用发展水平、协调度和持续度三个指标定量描述了其节约型社会发展状态，发现系统呈现非可持续发展态势。
It is significant for studies on sustainable development at present development level of our China socialism to establish a development indicator system of resources saving society for comprehensive appraisal.Methods for establishing the indicator system(including five subsystem such as resources reducing saving system,contamination quantity reducing saving system,social advancement system,economy development system and technology support system) and quantifying indicators were explored in this paper,based on the concept and the meaning of saving society and a case study of Jiangsu province.The fluctuation of saving society development status was quantitatively described using the established indicator system and three items indicators which was defined as a function of level indicator of developing(LD),harmonious degree of development(HD) and sustaining degree of development(SD).The results showed that LD of the Jiangsu province was increasing steadily;the HD of the system was trend to decline after short period progress which meant that the coupling among the indicator was weakened;and that SD was decreased in fluctuation.The whole system presented the status of non-sustainable development.Meanwhile,the analyzed results also showed that the development of saving society had obviously difference.The LD of the system had the order of SunanSuzhongSubei while that of HD had the contrary rules.So,in the future,there will be a long way to go for Jiangsu province to realize its saving society.
