A Brief Talk on Registering the University Educational Service Trademark
本文研究中国高校注册教育服务商标的重要性和紧迫性，通过对比名称权保护分析其意义，并基于注册数据指出缺乏注册的不良后果。
This paper mainly investigates the importance and emergency of the Chinese university’s registering educational service trademark under the innovation of Chinese educational system. Author holds that Chinese universities should pay more attention to the registering. At first,this paper describes the role of the educational trademark. Then the importance is analyzed by comparing the protection of the “right of name”. In order to emphasize the emergency,author checks the data on registering and analysis of registering situation of Chinese universities today. At last the paper puts out the bad results of the lacking of the registering.
