基于五律协同理论，提出生态城市建设的五律协同模式，并构建相应的生态评价指标体系，利用模糊评价模型对城市进行综合评价。
Laws collaboration is the best way to achieve its objectives according to the theory of synergism of five laws.As a complex eco-system,both the city's occurrence and development are restricted by the laws of nature,sociology,economy,technology and environment.Eco-civilization city is a kind of residential area of sustainable development.Instead of partial ecologization,the path of eco-civilization city is five-law-in-a-whole pattern of society ecologization,industry ecologization,residence ecologization,traffic ecologization and environment ecologization.Accordingly,index system of ecological evaluation of five-law-in-a-whole pattern is raised,and a comprehensive evaluation of the city with fuzzy evaluation model is carried out.
