Inspiration from cluster of enterprises on urban development zones management in China

With China's access to WTO, the running and governance strategy of China's urban development zone is facing adjustment according to the internal and external economic environmental change and the WTO rules. Via comparing and analyzing the running mechanism of clusters of enterprises between urban development zones in China and those of west, this paper tries to find new way to fit for the conditions and background of urban development zones in China.
