RD activity is the basic guarantee for the high-tech enterprise to keep growth potency and competition advantage.Based on the situation of Chinese non-list high-tech enterprise RD state gotten from the questionnaire investigation carried by the project team,it mahes a systematic analysis to RD investment and intensity,RD capital source,RD performance,etc.Revealing the relationship between the RD inputs and its performance which are the ability of gain and technology strength by statistics analysis.It points out enterprises should increase the input in RD,strengthen RD management to enable raising RD performance.
