A STUDY ON SERVICE QUALITY OF TOURIST HOTELS IN WESTERN CHINA
基于958名顾客调查数据,分析中国西部五省区星级酒店的服务质量,并与东部酒店对比,指出管理问题并提出改进建议。
This paper analyses and evaluates the service quality of tourist hotels in Western China based on a customer investigation.Research data from a sample of 958 customers of seven start-rated tourist hotels in Inner Mongolia,Sichuan,Yunnan, Guangxi,and Gansu was collected by questionnaire survey method.On the basis of the result of data analysis,the author compares the service quality of the Western China hotels with the Eastern China hotels,points out the problems of service quality management in the Western China hotels,and put forward corresponding revolutions and suggestions to promote the tourist hotels in Western China to develop healthly.
