Social Problems Incurred from Spatial Distribution of Indemnificatory Housing in Large Cities and Governing Measures
分析了北京、上海、南京等大城市保障性住房选址偏远、集中建设、配套不足等问题，指出这可能导致社会隔离、城市贫民窟、贫困代际传递等社会风险，并建议政府调整空间布局。
It can be seen from the spatial distribution of indemnificatory housing in five cities of Beijing,Shanghai,Nanjing,etc.That practical problems commonly shared by indemnificatory housing in large cities are remote location,concentrated large-scale construction,incomplete supporting facilities,etc.Based on analysis of causes of the aforesaid problems,it is believed that the integrated construction of indemnificatory housing in remote suburbs of large cities might lead to intensified social isolation and exclusion,emergence of urban slums and poverty culture,intergenerational continuation of poverty,the intensification of social risks and the like social problems.Therefore,it is suggested that government should issue relevant laws and regulations,reset the spatial distribution of urban indemnificatory housing.
