The Evolution of Time and Space Differentiation of Wuling Mountain Area Tourism Poverty Alleviation Efficiency
用数据包络分析和Malmquist指数测度武陵山区2009-2013年旅游扶贫效率，将其分为四种类型并揭示时空演化路径和空间分异规律，对区域旅游扶贫政策制定有参考价值。
By using data envelopment analysis(DEA) to measure the tourism poverty alleviation efficiency of 2009-2013 in the Wuling mountain areas, combined with Malmquis index to evaluate the efficiency of configuration, generally classified as potential type, the rising sun type, gold type, the setting sun type. Four types is respectively suitable for the industrial linkage model, strategic cooperation mode, enterprise cooperation pattern, project support. Based on the classification restore the Wuling mountain area tourism poverty alleviation efficiency evolution path over time, it can be divided into reciprocating evolution, gradual evolution and the evolution of complex. Combined with the GIS spatial analysis function from a research perspective of output benefit and the perspective of input and output efficiency study its space differentiation. Two angles reveal that the tourism poverty alleviation has gathered in space and present the Regional differences. However, some counties and cities tourism economic benefits are in contrast to the tourism poverty alleviation efficiency data results. That means must ensure high tourism benefit and pursuit higher tourism poverty alleviation efficiency.
