Construction of Guilin National Tourism Reform Experimental Area through "Enclave Theory"
本文运用飞地理论，探讨桂林国家旅游试验区的建设路径，提出培育新增长极、设立双省会等方案，对旅游政策制定者和区域规划者有参考价值。
Comprehensive Reform of the National Tourism has become the engine of tourism industry.Taking the opportunity of construction of Guilin National Tourism Experimental Area,Guilin is supposed to test a secondary venture to achieve a breakthrough.This paper uses a new theory of Enclave Theory to discuss ways to construct National Tourism Experimental Area.Based on the analysis of the conditions about enclave model,we proposed solutions to the problem,including:cultivating new growth pole to assistant tourism industry,setting up a province with two capitals,strengthening the contact of three experimental areas.
