STUDY ON EVALUATION INDICES SYSTEM OF RESOURCE- CONSERVING AND ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION SETUP
基于社会主义新农村与和谐社会内涵，构建了资源节约与环境友好型农业生产系统的理论模型及综合评价指标体系，可用于分析农村现存问题。
Based on the comprehensive essence of the new socialist countryside,the harmonious society,and the rural all-round well-off society,this paper constructs a theoretical model of two-oriented agricultural production system and a comprehensive assessment index system of building up a resource-conserving environmentfriendly agricultural production setup,and develops from the internal mechanism of this new-type agrarian manufacture.Then,on the foundation of that and make allowance for the intrinsic characteristics of sub-systems respectively,it amplifies and proposes the evaluation indices setup,which can be used to analyze the existing problems in the rural areas.
