The Influencing Factors for Willingness to Pay of Payment for Watershed Services:A Case of the Water Receiving Area of Zhengzhou City of the Middle Route Project of the South-North Water Transfer Project
基于条件价值评估法和Tobit模型，调查了郑州受水区居民对水质水量的支付意愿，发现居民个体异质性、用水权认知、上下游污染效应等因素显著影响支付意愿。
Based on the payment card(PC) contingent valuation method(CVM), we firstly survey the Water Receiving Area of Zhengzhou City of the Middle Route Project of the South- North Water Transfer Project(MRP- SNWTP), and then set up a Tobit model to investigate residents willingness to pay(WTP) for receiving water quality and quantity services. The results showed that residents individual heterogeneity will significantly affect the willingness to pay;Residents believe that they have use rights of clean water, the downstream pollution will significantly increase their willingness to pay, and the upstream polluted effect is the opposite;Water quality deterioration and life time in community will reduce the residents' willingness to pay. Payment for watershed services should be implemented between receiving water area and water source area in line with the willingness to pay and the development level of regional economic.
